Who we are :

Organizing With Love was created by Angel and Victoria, dedicated instructional aides/paraprofessionals with over 38 years of combined experience in Special Education. We are both proud and honored recipients of the District Cornerstone Distinguished Employee Award, we were inspired by our students and colleagues to create an inclusive online resource center.  

Why we're here:

Over the years, we've realized the abundance of available yet untapped resources that could benefit educators and families alike. Recognizing this, we felt motivated to gather and share information with you. Our mission is to assist educators and families of students in Special Education, or anyone seeking support in accommodating students with diverse needs. We also share ideas on how to encourage acceptance of those with different abilities.

Our philosophy:

At O.W.L., we believe in being team members, students' advocates, and compassionate supporters of families. We strive to create an environment where parents can confidently send their children to school, knowing they'll receive the care and education we'd want for our own families.

What we believe in:

 Our core values include speaking up when necessary, lending a helping hand whenever possible, prioritizing progress over perfection, and acknowledging that everyone can benefit from a little assistance. Let's make a difference together!
